Title Warehouse and Operations Description Majority of the positions are entry level and are located in various parts of the warehouse/plant with some degree of supervision. May include general housekeeping, pallet repair, reworking damaged or returned products, rebuilding vending equipment, counting and checking truck inventory while keeping appropriate records, primary shipping/receiving, sanitizing, operating manufacturing equipment, and loading and unloading of products.These positions require lifting cases weighing from 20-45 pounds repeatedly throughout a 10-12 hour work period, or working on vending machines that weigh approximately 800-1200 pounds. Also requires carrying and lifting cases while reaching, bending, climbing, walking/standing to move product through warehouse, or the use of lifts for larger objects.Some positions may require pre-employment physical capability evaluations. Others may be required to pass Forklift Driving Skills test or currently possess Forklift Driving CertificatePRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:? Operate a forklift or floor scrubber in a safe and orderly manner? Receive and store incoming items according to established system? Maintain a safe and orderly storage arrangement for all items handled? Maintain cleanliness in assigned area (e.g. yard and warehouse)? Handle reloading of route trucks promptly? Sort and store partial cases of product returned on route trucks? Maintain records and complete paperwork? Perform various cleaning and organizing duties as assigned? Maintain all safety standards▫ Perform various physical duties as assigned, including but not limited to sorting, stacking, cleaning and minor repair or maintenance tasks.▫ Collect accurate and complete equipment information▫ Remove old parts? Count floor and truck inventories? Receive and store incoming items according to established system▫ Build load: Drive hi-lift to picking area and build pallet Mark load ticket for out of stock items▫ Finish load: Wrap pallet when complete▫ Retrieve product and load truck according to load sheet; have truck checked▫ Operate and monitor line, removing or shifting materials and/or finished product as necessary to facilitate proper flow and machine operation▫ Ensure package and product quality▫ Operate all manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely▫ Expedite repairs to line; working with maintenance as necessary Position Requirements BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:▫ 18 years or older▫ 21 years or older if CDL Required▫ Pass the Drug Test▫ Pass the background check▫ Pass the validated Selection TestHELPFUL EXPERIECE:▫ Working in a high-speed manufacturing environment (for example, team-oriented, deadline driven, high performance demands, or fast-paced)▫ Driving a forklift (for example, performing basic operations such as driving forwards, drivingbackwards, lifting and lowering boom, or maneuvering in tight areas without damaging product, etc.)▫ Working with racking systems and loading/unloading palettes (for example, pulling and placing palettes on/off vertical product racking systems and trucks and maximizing storage by stacking products vertically)▫ Experience with standards of operation (OSHA requirements on minimum/maximum speeds, signaling, putting product in appropriate area▫ Preparing documentation (for example, detailing work or building process flows)▫ Reading and using standards of operations (for example, understanding and using process,Procedure, or workflow documentation) on▫ Working with industrial chemicals and supplies (for example, using chemicals in a safe way, reading and interpreting labels, or selecting and mixing correct chemicals)▫ Counting inventory (for example, tracking in-bound/out-bound inventory using basic mathematical▫ Calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division)▫ Controlling inventory (for example, counting the level of inventory on the shop floor or locating or tracking product in the warehouse)▫ Process control and documentation (for example, checking/certifying product, following process controls, meeting quality standards with tight deadlines)▫ Working in a warehousing environment (for example, understanding SKU configuration,Understanding the number of cases on palettes and the number of palates on rows, operating consistently with safety standards, or understanding pick aisles and warehouse layout)▫ Working with computers (for example, operating hand-held remote devices or building andWorking with spreadsheets and gate logs that show movement of products in and out of a facility)▫ Working with Good Manufacturing Practices ?
