We currently have a Vending Administrative Support position available.This position is primarily responsible for supporting the Marketing Equipment Supervisor by making sure adequate equipment is available to support the movement of PepsiAmericas assets. This position will also document the movement of these assets by using the VMMS scheduling, inventory, and evaluation functions.Primary Job Accountabilities:* SOP/SOX compliance regarding all equipment movement.* Data research or Error correction in proprietary system software* Maintain an adequate inventory of vendors and coolers by completing the weekly avail inventory and forecasting module.* Follow-up on all equipment requests to ensure that a delivery or pick-up is secured within 7 business days.* Maintain and provide a weekly schedule through VMMS of all proposed movements of assets, both placements and pick-ups.* Daily confirmation of EMO entries into VMMS to ensure all assets are entered in a timely manner.* Participate in or facilitate a full monthly inventory of all assets and enter the results into VMMS.* Perform all other duties as assigned by the Marketing Equipment Supervisor.Basic Qualifications:* High school diploma or G.E.D,* 18 years of age or older* Minimum 1 year administrative experiencePreferred Qualifications:* College degree in relevant field preferred* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* General knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft applications* General knowledge of Vending Management Maintenance System and its functions or another inventory tracking program.* General knowledge of Vendors, Coolers, and Fountain EquipmentIn return, our employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical/dental, disability, paid vacation, tuition reimbursement and matching 401(k) plan.Equal Opportunity Employer M/F
