The Austin Film Festival is in need of a Transportation Coordinator to start IMMEDIATELY for this year?s festival which will be held October 22 ? 39, 2009. The Transportation Coordinator will be responsible for evaluating the festival?s logistical needs for ground transportation and will work with the Travel Coordinator and Office Manager to develop and facilitate a plan to accommodate those needs in a timely and safe mannerThe Transportation Coordinator must be over the age of 25, reliable, accountable, and organized with a clean driving record and current driving insurance. Candidates must be available full-time from mid September through the festival (October 22-29). The driving includes trips from the airport to the hotels and vice versa.Duties include:1.Recruit and manage a small staff of qualified volunteer drivers2.Manage the use of up to 12 vehicles3.Transport special guests and attendees and some equipment (if needed)Please submit a cover letter and resume to Matt Dy at Please include the title of the position you are applying for in the subject line.
