This opportunity is located in south central Idaho.Accountabilities? Develop specifications, SOP's, and costing for new products and processes? Coordinate and troubleshoot new and current products & processes? Work closely with plant personnel to identify issues and conduct in-process research? Conduct technical research to identify and implement process and system innovations as well as cost reduction projects? Interpret technical data and create summary reportsQualifications:? BS in Food Science or similar - MS preferred? Alternatively, BS in Process Engineering with dairy industry experience? 4 or more years of hands-on production, technical, or R&D experience in the dairy industry? Technical fluency in a dairy-related food production capacity? Ability to challenge current methodologies in order to discover process improvement opportunities? Creative, results-oriented, and committed to the profession? Excellent communication skills & presentation skills?
