Responsible for the full life-cycle recruiting process including initial client contact, negotiating agreements, sourcing qualified candidates, handling reference checks and ultimately placing candidates. ? Utilizing direct recruiting, networking, and internet sourcing methods as well as developing and implementing creative new approaches to attract high-end, hard-to-find technology candidates.? Generate new business leads through networking and prospecting.? Manage the recruiting process including closing strategies and fee & salary negotiations. Qualifications:? At least 3+ years of direct experience in the permanent and/or contract placement industry.? Excellent recruiting, business development and closing skills.?
