Reports To: Manager of Store Services

The Store Services Analyst will coordinate and execute all administrative and functional needs for program standards, training, financial reporting and marketing aspects of a multimillion dollar Store Services Program

 

Duties:

• Assist and support the expansion of the store services programs through the coordinated efforts with Finance, IT, Legal, Marketing/Advertising, Store Ops, Training, Merchants and Manufacturers
• Utilize in depth experience in analyzing sales reports and to take action to meet sales metrics, budget and goals initiatives
• Support the development of additional comprehensive processes and procedures for future enhancements which include, but not limited to competitive pricing, training, marketing materials, incentive events and reporting
• Address escalated customer and store service issues
• Validate and enforce procedural and service standards for our customers, stores, manufacturers, product development and extended warranty administrator
• Ensure integrity and compliance of the business data
• Distribution of the store service sales reports
