The Platform Integration Division provides innovative solutions for major structural modifications and systems integration to military and commercial aircraft. The division has operations in Waco, Texas; Crestview, Fla.; and Warner-Robins, Ga.Job Responsibilities: Responsible for performing Reliability and Maintainability engineering analyses and tasks in the Military Aircraft business area (FMECA, Failure Rate Prediction, Repair Time Prediction, FRACAS). Support aircraft systems modifications including R&M requirements definition, design support, integration, and test. Support future business initiatives in working proposal efforts. Support L-3 Comm in oversight of their subcontractors. Must be able to use Military Standards and DoD processes. Must be able to perform as R&M Technical Lead and manage own budgets. Must be able to conduct systems engineering process activities such as; R&M requirements analysis and flow down, hardware/software verification test planning and requirements, and system performance trade studies. Sets highest ethical standards for self and others. Other duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications:. BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Technology, BS in Math, Physics + a minimum of 4 years reliability and maintainability engineering experience.. Must have some aerospace industry experience.. Must be able to work overtime as required.. Must be able to travel as necessary.. Must be able to obtain a security clearance.. Must have experience in Microsoft Office software applications including Word and Excel..
