The hospital is located in Charleston, West Va. The candidate would have to relocate to that area.Job responsibility/requirements:Overall responsibility for the performance of the site in meeting customer satisfaction, SLA performance metrics, and the revenue and expense budgets for the site. Management of MS on site/consulting staff including hiring training, career development and performance evaluation. Providing strategic leadership in development of IT Strategic and Tactical plans. Participate in site governance meetings, per the contract. Implementation and compliance with MS leveraged initiatives.Periodically report on site performance to client and MS management. Comply with Siemens criteria for continuing education for Site Executives. Coordinate on site and conference calls for Siemens product demonstrations for prospective clients, as requested by sales and client service reps. Manage special projects, such as, HIPAA compliance, as they occur. Manage and coordinate activities related to change requests.Experience managing Hospital IT operations and functions. Capable of developing working relationships with customer executives. Experience managing customer satisfaction and managing revenue and expense.
