Job Description: Industrial Security Specialist to support multiple special access programs. Responsibilities will include performing all operational and administrative program requirements, providing security guidance to maintain company and government compliance, and developing and implementing formal security policies and procedures. Additional duties include administering security indoctrinations and debriefings, audits, visitor control, personnel processing, daily interface with all levels of management and customers, and providing solutions to program challenges utilizing innovative problem solving processes.Required Skills: A t horough understanding of the NISPOM, and NISPOMSUP Overprint and DCID directives. The candidate must be a detail-oriented, organized, self-starter with excellent computer skills as well as strong interpersonal and communication abilities.Clearance: Existing final Secret Clearance with a current PR (less than 5 years)Desired Skills: Excellent communication, computer organizational and written skills. Able to perform job duties with little direct supervision.
