Job Description: As a member of the Forest Site Leadership Team, optimize the business through the execution and deployment of Raytheon Six Sigma throughout Forest, MS CMC Organization. As a change agent, provide leadership to ensure Raytheon 6sigma strategies are aligned with business objectives and goals, and ensure projects are in place to achieve results. Collaborates with multi-organizational teams including customers to establish milestones, monitor adherence to program plans and schedules, and to meet commitments. Provide leadership with strong understanding of business and financial impact on results. Make decisions based on careful evaluation of facts and data. Drive the use of the R6sigma process, principles and tools to anticipate and manage customer valued improvements. Create metrics and lead initiatives to achieve the growth strategy. Establish a culture of continuous improvement by leading the deployment of R6Sigma methodologies with a strong emphasis on growth through innovative solutions, customer relationships and disciplined execution. Improve program performance through process deployment, critical chain deployment, and productivity enhancements. Build customer relationships by aligning and integrating productivity goals across Program Management, Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain. Drive the use of Six Sigma tools and processes across site operations to achieve business goals.Coaches, mentors and provides leadership to experts and specialists.
