With the ability to self-perform all aspects of heavy industrial and civil construction projects, the company also provides steel fabrication, modularized construction and construction management services.Job Description:Provide leadership and support to industrial construction projects in one or more of the following specialties: Transportation/Bridge, Industrial, Hospital, Power T&D, or Construction Management, Hospital. Must provide estimating, technical support, scheduling, field support, safety and people support and financial oversight on industrial construction projects from bid preparation through final acceptance by client.* Ideal candidates will live in the following areas:Pittsfield,Maine;Bloomfield,ConnecticutorBaltimore,Maryland(others may be considered)All candidates MUST have the following education and experiences to be considered:* Education and experience should include:4 year engineering Degree, ME, EE, or Civil or combination of technical training, project management, and related experience in particular specialty. * Minimum of 8 yearsindustrial construction hands on field management, estimating, and/or craft supervision experience in particular specialty. * Knowledge of all aspects of construction(technology, equipment, means and methods); engineering, estimating, schedules, finance and safety required.* Excellent communication, organizational, and supervisory skills essential. * Makes decisions and recommendations which can greatly affect profitability of assigned area. * Requires significant independent judgment.
