This is a COBOL & DB2 Programmer Analyst position in Charleston, West Virginia. This is a FTE (Employee) Position NOT Contract. May consider Contract-to-Hire.Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer. Company is not able to sponsor H-1B visas at this time.Responsibilities:? Will be responsible for analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation of applications using COBOL& DB2 on AS/400.? Prepare program test data, tests and debugs programs.? Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot complex computer applications.? Responsible for change management and completion of required logs and admin reports.? Provide production support and troubleshooting.? Frequently interact with business units and other functional peer groups.? Direct contact required with third party vendors and clientsQualifications Required:? Must have at least 3+ Years of COBOL & DB2 programming experience.? Must have strong knowledge and experience with DB2.? Must have strong full life-cycle development experience including analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation and support of applications.? Must have solid analytical skills.? Must have excellent communications (verbal & written) skills.? Must be dynamic, self-motivated, detail-oriented and results-oriented.? Experience and knowledge on Healthcare Insurance is a plus.? Experience with Electronic Data Interchanges from Payroll systems or Healthcare vendors are pluses.? Knowledge and experience in Procomm BBS product or RPG are pluses.
