Title: Senior Maintenance AnalystLocation: CT-SheltonEnsure the accuracy of all national data processed by Monitor-Plus for delivery to both customers and other Nielsen divisions.Maintain broadcast network, cable and barter syndication lineups to ensure quality deliveries in both hard copy and electronic feeds.Maintain commercial information in all lineups.Evaluate program lineups and assign appropriate codes to ensure the correct assignment of Nielsen ratings data.Become familiar with procedures necessary to modify and correct databases to ensure completeness of data. Analyze and solve errors discovered while reviewing the national databases to ensure timely and accurate delivery of Monitor-Plus data.Coordinate, review and maintain special projects assigned by Manager.Review audit reports on an ongoing basis, classifying problems and recommending solutions.Minimum one year experience working in a production environment. Excellent communication and organization skills. Must be detail oriented and able to work independently with a minimum of supervision. Must have a strong understanding of Monitor-Plus guidelines.
