Position located in Tarrytown, NY. Responsible for maintaining the client systems. Daily role includes monitoring client's servers, network, and workstations. Deal with support calls and handle client requests.Skills and Experience Required: 3 years of IT experience; need to have an excellent working knowledge of MS Server 2003, Active Directory, VM Ware, and Windows XP. Must have a good working knowledge of MS Exchange. Need to have a working knowledge of IP routing and be able to deal with client requests about CISCO, Sonicwall, and other various types of industry routers. Good working knowledge working with Blackberry devices. Need to have a good working knowledge of working with Microsoft's office suite of Word, Powerpoint, Excel , and Outlook. Need to have a good understanding of working with hardware vendor's equipment, HP, and Dell.
