TSYS Loyalty, Inc. seeks a Senior Analyst for its Alpharetta, GA office. Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate and improve existing systems. Reviews computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations. Performs unit testing, functional and regression testing, and code management in a shared development environment. Tests, maintains, and monitors programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of programs and systems. Utilizes relational database development techniques, using PL/SQL, including advanced SQL concepts and techniques. Analyzes and tunes stored procedures for optimum performance. Develops, reviews, and tests code to ensure proper performance. Reviews and gives feedback on business specifications. Interacts with business and testing teams to ensure that components meet defined requirements. Develops solutions that incorporate industry best practices for J2EE application design, transaction processing, and data security. Discusses business requirements and articulates complex technical concepts in simple terms. Interacts openly and professionally with business and testing teams. Requires MS or foreign equiv. in CS, Engineering or rel. tech. field plus two yrs. exp. in the job offered or rel. field OR BS or foreign equiv. in CS, Engineering or rel. tech. field plus four yrs. exp. in the job offered or rel. field.
