Account Executives are responsible for achieving assigned revenue and profit targets. They are the primary “owners” of client relationships and are the “quarterbacks” of the internal teams formed to execute each new client project.ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain key account/client relationshipsProspect, qualify, present and close new business.Oversee and coordinate internal team’s efforts to successfully deliver client projects that have been sold.Travel (local and overnight) as needed to support business development efforts and account servicing.Respect company procedures concerning business development and prospecting, client management, and internal operations and reporting.Minimum Requirements/QualificationsThree years individual sales experience selling exhibits or exhibit related services.Demonstrated ability to identify and close new business.Successful track record achieving or exceeding individual sales targets.Knowledge and experience with corporate purchasing/decision making processes.Understands marketing principles.CompensationBase salary based upon experience and previous sales record.Quarterly commissions paid based upon line of business sold.Annual bonus based upon successful attainment of objectives.Expense reimbursement for all approved business related expenses.Full benefits (life, health, dental, 401K, etc.)Submit resumes via email toexhibits@hargroveinc.comOne Hargrove DriveLanham, MD 20706Phone: 301-306-9000 Fax: 301-306-9318
