SES programs are designed to provide additional instruction after school to increase the academic achievement of low income students attending Title I schools as identified as "in need of improvement" by the US Department of Education. We need a high-powered educational "insider" to start up and maintain these programs. Duties include providing hiring and training teachers, recruiting students, starting and overseeing operations, building strong relationships with school members and community, supervision, and compliance. Within our organization and this program, this is a critically important position. The success of multiple site SES programs depends upon the effectiveness of the Program Director. We are looking for a well-connected, articulate, and diplomatic leader who enjoys challenge and responsibility. BackgroundManuel J.
