Job Description:
Define and develop appropriate technology solutions to implement SOA based architecture for the next version of Spectrum Management applications.
Perform duties to design, develop and support solutions with Oracle SOA Suite. Collaboration with team to implement SOA based architecture for the next version of Spectrum Management applications.
Consultants hired into GBS Public Sector will typically be located in an IBM office or at an IBM client site in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Except in limited cases, relocation to the Washington, DC area is Requiredand is not reimbursable. Generally, Public Sector clients are in the DC Metro area and require limited travel outside of the local area. However, some projects do require up to 100% travel for an extended period of time that is generally less than 1 year. Thus, while most projects are in the DC metropolitan area, Consultants must be able to travel and cannot refuse projects due to travel requirements.

Required
·High School Diploma/GED
·At least 4 years experience in Solid understanding of SOA principles and be willing and able to design, develop and support solutions with Oracle SOA Suite
·At least 2 years experience in Java/J2EE
·At least 2 years experience in System Engineering and IT Governance
·At least 2 years experience in XML, XSD, XSLT, Oracle 10g/11g, SOAP 1.2, WSDL 2.0, XML Schemas, MS .NET3.5/WCF
·At least 3 years experience in Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) / Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)/ Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) Technology experience
·At least 2 years experience in Strong, hands-on experience with Web Services Technologies and Standards (specifically syntactical expertise SOAP 1.2, WSDL 2.0, XML Schemas)
·Readiness to travel up to 75%; travelling 5 days a week, home on weekends
·U.S. citizenship required
· English: Fluent

·Bachelor's Degree
