Upon graduation and obtaining a degree in Nursing from a NLN or CCNE accredited program and Tennessee state-approved program, applies the nursing process to plan and manage the care of complicated patients, including meeting their complex teaching and continuum of care needs. Effectively communicates pertinent information to health care team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions. Furthers professional growth by achieving a minimum of 10 contact hours annually. Minimum Requirements: This position requires graduation from an approved program of professional nursing (RN) and 12 months of RN experience. License Required: Current TN Registered Nurse License Additional Information: Shift: This is a PRN position; days and hours will vary based upon departmental need.
