* RN Required * The Float Pool Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care by utilizing the nursing process to care for patients with in an assigned unit. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, nursing diagnosis, plan, intervention and evaluation. Prioritizes, plans, and organizes the delivery of comprehensive multi-disciplinary nursing care. The RN coordinates care as a member of the interdisciplinary health team. Shows competency in the performance of specific department skills. This nurse will have as a home base the Nursing Pool, and will attend all meetings of the primary unit worked.
