RequirementsLicensure as a Registered Nurse by the MA StateBoard of Nursing. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or significantspecific clinical experience preferred. Three years in nursing,one year of which is in psychiatric nursing. Ability todemonstrate leadership skills in clinical managemtent of inpatientservices.
