The Registered Nurse prioritizes patient needs, coordinates patient care, and collaborates with other members of the patient care team to provide care in accordance with the medical plan of care.? These services further the mission of Enloe Medical Center, which is to improve the quality of your life through patient-centered care.EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE: Minimum: One year of critical care experience or previous emergency department experience. Desired: Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS: Minimum: Current licensure with the California Board of Registered Nursing. Current CPR Certification. Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) (must be obtained within six months of employment). Desired: Current Critical Care Certification. Current MICN (Mobile Intensive Care Nurse) Certification.SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES: Must demonstrate technical competence, professional clinical judgment, communication skills and sensitivity for the patient and family in crisis.? Must be able to fulfill the essential functions of the position.PATIENTS SERVED: This position is responsible for age-related physiological, emotional and cognitive needs of the following age groups of patients: Infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric.??
