Quality Assurance Auditor

Job Description: Conduct internal audits of processes, products, and systems. Ensure Mission Assurance across all areas through compliance to company standards, program requirements, and processes for the manufacture of electronic electro-mechanical assemblies. This individual will be responsible for generating corrective action requests, charts and graphs representing completion of audits, findings and observations. This individual will also be responsible for communicating findings and observations to all levels of management and for working with them to resolve the issues. In addition, the individual will be required to assist the Audits and Data team in other assigned duties, including data analyses, and in managing the following processes/systems: corrective action request, purges, FOE, and containment activities of out of tolerance tools or equipment. Experience with Harrington Quality Management System (HQMS) is a plus. The position requires the ability to effectively partner and coordinate with business, program and functional leaders. Required Skills: -Quality, Manufacturing Engineering or Operations background and factory (manufacturing) experience -Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. -Ability to develop and utilize checklists and to identify any non-conformances -Ability to understand local command media and perform factory assessments -Ability to document non-conformances (with "is" and "should be" fully annotated) -Ability to identify root cause and corrective actions -Ability to verbally communicate audit findings to all levels of management -Ability to follow-up: verify and validate the corrective actions -Ability to enter Issues and Actions into a common database -Must be capable of working in teams -Must be capable of reading and interpreting engineering drawings -Experience of 2+ years Desired Skills: -Process auditing experience - Data analysis and extraction - AS9100 RABQSA or ASQ Certified Auditor Required Education(including Major): BS, Industrial Engineering or related technical with relevant experienceRaytheon is an equal opportunity employer and considers qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, age, disability, or Vietnam era, or other eligible veteran status, or any other protected factor.To Apply for this position, pleaseCLICK HERE
