The Resident Manager is responsible for maintenance/repair of the Field Station permanent facility, grounds, and service equipment as well as academic field instruments and equipment. Duties center on facilities management and maintenance, academic infrastructure support, security, and support services for students and other users, including supervision of hourly workers for food service and housekeeping. The position requires year-round residence on the property, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and a willingness to interact with the surrounding community.
