Personal Lines Customer Service RepresentativeWe have been retained by our client to locate a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative. This is a permanent, direct hire opportunity located in Latham, NY. Salary is $30-35,000/year, based on experience. Responsibilities include:?Explain, select and place insurance coverage for clients?Provide customer service to clients, respond to their needs and make them aware of the proper products and services the agency offers to fit their needs?Maintain individual client files and maintain correspondence between the agency and the client/company?Prepare policy documents?Maintain customer files, profile correspondence to clients and prepare policy documents?Review client files prior to renewal, recommend changes when necessary?Solicit single policy customers to develop account salesPosition Requirements:?NYS Brokers License?3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry?Familiarity with standard procedures and concepts in the Personal Lines Insurance field?Ability to work independently with little supervision?Must be a self-starter, able to make decisions, work in a fast-paced environment?Strong organizational skills and have the ability to prioritize and multi-task?Strong communication skillsLinium?s commitment to Excellence, Integrity and Expertise is unmatched in the Capital Region.
