Whilemost of the job is performed in the stores, Bankers reach out into the communityby placing outbound phone calls to existing clients, visiting businesses,conducting educational seminars, and being active in the community.Our Expectation of our Personal Bankers:Personal Bankers are expected to exceed challenging sales and referral goals byproactively selling products and services to customers and referring customersto other areas of the bank.
