This part-time position will work a schedule to be agreed at the time of hire between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:40PM Monday through Friday 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities will include:
•Opening all mail for both positions and separate what the Coordinator will need to see
•Filing all paperwork
•Auditing the petty cash as scheduled every two months
•Completing forms to help individuals in houses apply for food stamps as needed
•Completing benefit review forms for the County Assistance Offices
•Signature cards: communicating with community homes to keep signature cards updated, proofing signature cards, obtaining signatures, and returning cards to the banks
•Completing Social Security paperwork (rep payee reports, SSI redeterminations, disability review)
•Reviewing and distributing Medicare summaries
•Distributing miscellaneous mail to individuals
•Follow-up for needed financial information for individuals or petty cash
