We’re Celadon Trucking Services and we believe in rewarding teams for their extra effort. In addition to an excellent base rate, we pay our teams an incentive bonus at 16,500 miles and a second bonus at 18,500 miles - for ALL miles driven. In addition to great bonuses, our teams can earn up to five weeks of paid vacation per year (including $900/week). There are no hitches or gimmicks that come up later, these incentives are based on the miles you drive and cannot be taken away for any reason. No gimmicks.
