:2668-2295Title:Occupational TherapistType:PRNCalled to work on an "as-needed" basisSalary:Per VisitJob Description:* Conducts patient assessments and assists the physician in evaluating the level of patient functioning.* Guides the patient in the use of therapeutic, creative, and self-care activities.* Instructs patient, significant others, and staff in the areas of therapy.* Visits patient according to plan of treatment and participates in developing the plan of treatment.* Participates in staff conferences and committees.* Provides supervision of the COTA.* Prepares reports, progress notes, D/C summaries.* Is responsible for adhering to all practice standards as they apply to patient care.Job Requirements:* Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association approved program.* Current license to practice occupational therapy in state of employment.* Current driver's license and automobile insurance in state of employment, and the ability to travel within a 50 mile radius on a daily basis.* Is responsible for adhering to all practice standards as they apply to patient care.Location:Assured Home Health,Hospice & Home Care (Aberdeen)Aberdeen , WA
