Wigwam is the only resort in Arizona to feature three, 18-hole championship golf courses.The Position:Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and specials in the designated outlets in accordance with standards and plating guide specifications. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.Position Requirements:Required Skills:Education: High school or equivalent education required. Certification of Culinary training or apprenticeship preferred.Experience: Minimum of two years experience as a cook at a full service Hotel or Restaurant.
