Keyholders take it to the next level by overseeing the store operations (opening/closing, running breaks, communicating goals, driving sales, etc.) in the absence of their Store Manager or Assistant Manager. We invite potential applicants to apply in-person to one of our 2 stores during store hours: 100 Huntington & 140 Newbury Street Boston, MA 02116 Job Requirements: The Keyholder/Sales Associate's primary focus is to provide world-class customer service in order to maximize sales, encourage repeat business, and promote sales growth through word of mouth. They: Acknowledge and greet every customer who enters the store; Get to know their clients and their clients' needs by asking open-ended questions and LISTENING Are accountable for demonstrating products by showing how they can be coordinated, giving alternatives and additional ideas, and introducing accessories (complete product knowledge is key!) Create and develop a client base and follow up accordingly Assist with all aspects of store operations as assigned (cashiering, occasional sweeping/mopping, or taking out trash, etc.) Coordinate breaks/lunches to ensure proper sales floor coverage in the absence of the Store Manager/Assistant Manager Ensure proper opening/closing procedures are followed and cash registers balance appropiately Motivate and drive sales UNITED COLORS OF BENETTON offers competitive base pay, employee discounts, paid training, promotional opportunities, and flexible scheduling in a work environment that is fun and stylish.
