Keeps building in clean and orderly condition. Performs moderate to medium cleaning duties such as cleaning floors,shampooing carpets,washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may include cleaning make ready units for future tenants,notifying management of need for repairs, cleaning snow or debris from exterior of building, gathering and emptying trash, service, clean and supply restrooms.
