The Invasive Cardiovascular Tech directly assists the physician with all Cardiac Catheterization procedures, prioritizes patient needs, coordinates patient care, and collaborates with other members of the patient care team to provide care in accordance with the medical plan of care. These services further the mission of Enloe Medical Center, which is to provide high quality, cost effective healthcare for the people in the communities we serve.Must be currently registered as a Cardiovascular invasive specialist by the Cardiovascular Credentialing International Organization recognized by the American college of cardiology and the National society of Cardiovascular Technology; or an Radiologic Technologist with ARRT and CRT license, with intent to seek CCI registry.ARRT and CRT (if appropriate), and IABP certification required. Current CPR recognition. Enloe requires a current American Heart Association, Healthcare Provider (HCP) or American Red Cross, Professional Rescuer CPR certification.Must demonstrate technical competence, professional judgment, communication skills and sensitivity for the patient and family in crisis.
