This is a sales position requiring property/casualty & life/health licensing. Each team member will be responsible for consistently reaching sales goals set by the team member and agent. These goals will be aligned with the office goals, mission and vision of the office and State Farm. This will be formatted to foster growth and consistent sales. Commission will play a large part in each team member?s compensation. This position will provide rewards that are directly related to production numbers. In addition to the commission based compensation model, there will also be bonus programs for the office and product specific bonuses.
