THE RIGHT STAFF is currently seeking professional candidates with Inbound Call Center experience. NO SALES INVOLVED!!!! If you love Customer Service work, this is the job for you!DESCRIPTION/DUTIES: Primary responsibilities for our clients include: -Providing a high-level of customer service on each inbound call.-Ability to document completely after each call.-Utilize your customer service and conflict management skills on a daily basis.-Follow-up appropriately with each call.-Do appropriate mailings for the day. REQUIREMENTS: -Proficient computer skills. -Experience in either customer service / call center is required. -Must desire to provide high-level customer service in a call center environment. -Must be professional, hardworking and have the desire to succeed.
