The ideal candidate will beBroadcast Manufacturers, Cable Operators, and Engineers in the Consumer Electronics and Broadcast industries.Job Description* Perform within a team todevelop software for new products* Utilize CAD, complete design analysis(tolerance, temperature, etc), and generate documentation suitable to the product, including schematics, bills of materials, SPICE outputs, and full testing results.* Work with other engineers to create and implement innovative improvements to advance the industry* Responsible for the complete product design as assigned by the Project Manager.* Participate in design dealing with video over internet protocol(IP)All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration* BS in Electrical Engineering or BS in Computer Engineering required(Masters highly preferred)* Experience with Product Development, specifically in products that arevideo and IP related* Background in Digital and Analog Audio/Visual Design(visual is more relevant)* Over 2 years experience in component-level digital and analog hardware design and analysis* Highly Proficient with complex PCB layout, schematic capture, digital processing circuits, and power supply,* Be familiar with Video Technologies, such asMPEG, MPEG-2, ATSC, HDTV, RF Satellite, DVB(Digital Video Broadcasting), Digital Communication Systems, and DTV* Be skilled in the following applications: encoders, receivers, decoders, remote client applications, network equipment, stream analysis, monitoring, transport stream analysis and, server applications If interested andQUALIFIED, please send resume inMicrosoftWordformat alongwith Salary History to:openpositions@etechhi.com
