Job responsibilities: * Self-starter and quick learner who works well both in a team and independently * Evangelize and promote AD-Village externally * Scour the internet for qualified candidates to fill in vacant positions on the team * Cold calling candidate lists * Coordinate interviews with candidates * Screen candidates and make recommendations to management * Develop warm job leads by clearly articulating company vision and getting job candidates excited about the company * Document and organizing recruiting data * Help build a world class team to execute our company's visionThis is a three month, unpaid, part-time internship with an opportunity for a full time position. We are looking for a solution-oriented person with a creative mind. The ideal candidate would be someone who has entrepreneurial tendencies and wear multiple hats.
