The HR Generalist will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, recruitment, benefits, compensation, New Hire Orientation and policy administration. The HR Generalist is also responsible for maintaining employee personnel files; employee status changes, coordinating benefit enrollment and utilization and the credentialing process for licensed independent practitioners. The HR Generalist is under general supervision of the Manager of Human Resources.
