Home Health AideFacility: Clearwater, FLSchedule: Fee-For-ServiceJob Details: * CPR Certification* HHA Certification* Girling's Home Health division is looking for Home Health Aides. DescriptionProvides quality direct patient care, according to each patient's Home Health Aide Care Plan, under the supervision of the Registered Nurse. Assesses patient's vital signs according to each patient's HHA Care Plan. Assists the patient in taking correct medications as directed by an RN. Performs selected home tasks that are essential to the patient's health care at home. Reports to PCC/Supervisor changes in the patient's condition or family situation. Ensures paperwork is completed properly and timely. Performs selected nursing tasks as delegated by an RN. Complies with all applicable rules and regulations, Agency policies, procedures, and processes. Maintains confidentiality and privacy with regard to patient, staff, and Agency issues.Qualifications * Free from Medicare Sanctions (required)* Ability to read, write and understand English (required)* Current CPR certification (required)* Adequate means of transportation to facilitate timely visits (required)* Minimum of 12 months full time experience in direct patient care, with Home Health experience (preferred)E.O.E. M/F/D/V
