Talent Tree is currently recruiting for 30+ Call Center Representatives to start for an Open Enrollment project.Positions are located in Norwood, MA.Participant Services Representative:The Participant Services Representatives will directly interact with plan participants over the phone and define the level of service we provide. Responsibilities include managing incoming calls from Health & Benefits, Defined Contributions and Defined Benefits participants and ensuring that all participants receive excellent customer service. Responsibilities also include but are not limited to:- Answer queries and handle problem resolution on pension and health & welfare issues in a call center environment- Spend approximately 90% of time on phones, averaging 50+ calls per day- Sort client mail and respond to participant letters- Process coverage changes and send out supporting documentationRequirements- A desire to help people- Strong PC skills- Ability to adapt communication style based on the caller?s needs- Responds well in a stressful, dynamic environment- Flexible, uses critical thinking skills and open to learning new ideas/skills- Ability to type 45 WPM, good grammar, telephone etiquette skills- Team player- Previous Call Center/CSR experience is preferred- Previous industry experience is preferred (Health & Benefits, Defined Benefits, 401K, Pension, etc?)This is a temporary project lasting anywhere from 2-6 months with possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidates.Pay: $14.00 per hour; $14.50 for bilingualIf this sounds like something of interest to you, please send your resume to:
