In this role, you will provide end-to-end staffing support for the division and project management on key HR objectives. Selected candidate will:?Source candidates to present to hiring managers; ?Occasional travel to sites to provide staffing support to groups; ?Partner with clients and conducts Recruiting Strategy Discussion; ?Partner with human resource generalist/manager to meet sourcing goals; ?Partner with employment specialist / Hr Administrator to achieve operational excellence in administrative staffing; ?Manage end to end recruiting responsibilities for all open requisitions; ?Set process for hourly recruiting but with low participation; ?Conduct candidate review meetings; ?Point of contact for career fairs; ?Point of contact for labor certification/visa process; ?Conducts various recruiting administrative / coordination tasks; ?Manages/conducts employee training and orientation programs alongside colleagues; ?Provides leadership on projects related to the strategic plan; ?Entry level to people management; and ?Perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned. Qualified candidate will possess:?A Bachelors degree; ?Minimum 1 year experience in an end to end staffing environment and has operated as a recruiter doing full lifecycle recruitment; ?Minimum experience 1 year experience utilizing behavioral interviewing skills; ?Must have intermediate to advanced computer skills including the software of excel, word and PowerPoint; ?Must have strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; ?Minimum of 6 months experience working with an Applicant Tracking System, posting requisitions and experience generating reports in excel; ?Must have strong written and verbal communications skills in English; and ?Minimum of 1 year experience in HR generalist type activities.
