This position plays an integral role in providing expertise systems integration and engineering solutions as part of the overall Production Engineering team. The individual will possess a solid understanding of systems integration, project management, file based solutions and production / broadcast operations. The position requires a senior level of production / broadcast engineering experience and is considered a mission critical role in the overall success of HBO Operations.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities and efforts will include coordinating, directing, and monitoring the work of direct reports, indirect reports, contractors, vendors, and engineers including scope, project management, design, implementation and overall end to end project decisions. The position requires the ability to analyze and understand requirements, develop solutions, implement technologies and complete launch and testing of systems. Responsibilities will include design and documentation using AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Project tools to communicate and convey design layouts, elevations, schematics, BOM, timelines, charters and status reporting. This team member will be a lead player in the design and build out of new production operation environments. Furthermore, this individual will be responsible for the development and growth of the ISS team members with a goal to further education and technical knowledge base.REQUIREMENTSPortfolio of work required for interviews, that illustrate a structured approach to managing the integration function.Applicant must possess excellent computer operation skills and follow written and verbal instructions. Excellent interpersonal skills are required with the ability to work closely with others in a team environment.
