JOB DESCRIPTION: Provide AF leadership with strategic deterrence, nuclear, and non-kinetic expertise. Assist with implementing concepts of operation (CONOPS), and enabling concepts, processes, Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) in support of assigned missions. In addition, the SME will analyze operational-level C2 processes, procedures, and C4/ISR/IT capabilities and provide recommendations to support the development of Strategic Deterrence Missions and strategic deterrence course(s) of action. The SME will support integration of single- and dual-role aircraft using kinetic and non-kinetic capabilities, to enhance the strategic- and operational-level messaging and effects of Strategic Deterrence Mission employment, and offer recommendations for the integration of these assets.REQUIRED SKILLS: Bachelors degree or equivalent; AOC operations and procedures experience; excellent analytical skills; experience with process integration; excellent writing skills; and experience with C4 and IT systems.DESIRED SKILLS: Masters Degree; Familiarity with MOU/MOA "
