CLINIC PHYSICIAN Summary of Compensation and BenefitsRecruitment Parameters? Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in their specialty area.? Candidates must be licensed or eligible for licensing in the State ofMissouri.? Allopathic and Osteopathic physicians will be considered equally.? Male and female physician candidates will be considered equally.? In - practice and military - trained physicians will be considered equally.Knowledge and skills? Graduate of an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school.? Completion of an approved residency program in a primary care specialty.? Board certified or board eligible in primary specialty, certification desired.? Unrestricted license or eligible for licensing to practice inMissouri.? Demonstrates ability to function within an employed clinical environment.? Demonstrates ability to function collaboratively with nurse practitioners.? Commitment to community-based delivery of primary care clinical services.? Demonstrates consistent clinical competence and ethical practice.Salary / Benefits? Annual Base Salary starting at $150,000; guaranteed for the first two(2) years.? Additional Compensation includes a productivity bonus as defined in the Physician Employment Agreement.$ Five(5) days per year for professional meetings and reimbursement of up to $3,500.$ Hospital shall provide professional liability insurance.$ Hospital=s employee health insurance program and pension plan.$ Twenty five(25) days compensated time and six(6) holidays.$ Hospital shall contribute $200 monthly, on behalf of physician, to a retirement plan qualified under the Internal Revenue Code(403(b)).$ Hospital shall reimburse physician for annual dues to one primary and one specialty organization in which physician chooses to maintain membership.$ Physician shall have the option to contribute to an additional retirement plan qualified under the Internal Revenue Code, in accordance with the most current plan description for similarly situated physicians employed at the Hospital(457 Plan).$ Must live within twenty(20) minutes response time of hospital.Relocation Assistance$ Hospital shall offer, contingent upon approval by the Board of Directors, a $25,000 relocation loan to be forgiven over a five year period.$ Hospital shall pay actual moving expenses up to $5,000.00PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET THE JOB REQUIREMENTS.
