SUMMARY
Under direction of the Vice President of Facility Services, this position manages all regionalized activities related to Facility Management. This includes working directly with Divisional Vice Presidents and District Managers, and site staff on the execution of contracts for capital improvements, developing scope of needed projects, assessing facility conditions and needs (short and long term) letting bids, and ensuring completed work meets ESMI spec’s and standards. It is the “key” position in the field to ensure the safety, security, and condition of the ESMI facility portfolio is maintained at the highest standard.
