Our Fortune 10 direct client is looking for a Executive Admin Asst / Accounts Payable Consultant at their SanDiego, CA location for a 6 month contract assignmentComplete Description: - Compose letters & memorandums for CEO requiring an excellent working knowledge of divisional functions. - Edit executive documents to ensure composition & contextual accuracy; proofreads typed data ensuring proper spelling, punctuation, & grammar usage.- Researches, compiles & analyzes data to prepare reports, tables, charts & graphs for executive review: makes recommendations based on statistical analysis. - Review incoming correspondence; prepare communication (include reports, complex charts & presentations; track documents requiring review/approval).- Develop, with management team, quarterly global updates for global presentation and distribution- Monthly & ad-hoc reporting & tracking for CEO special projects - Types & assembles complex data (I.e. tables, charts, reports & memos).- Screens CEO calls & business visitors & applies departmental knowledge in response to questions; routes inquiries to appropriate personnel or department.- Logisitics and maintenance of executive calendars and determination of priorities- Management of all operational, administrative and project management duties for the office of the CEO- Plan and execute large-scale customer and internal employee events; Semicon West Tradeshow, Sales Training Events, Tradeshows, Senior Leadership Team, Annual Summer and GES Sales events- As required, attend meetings, seminars with and for CEOAccounts Payable and facilities management: - Accounts Payable: Check, EFT, SSS, P-Card processing for all U.S. purchase orders and vendors- Manage vendor accounts ?
