Food and beverage Job Summary Plan, coordinate and prepare construction cost estimates primarily for water and wastewater treatment or other hard bid construction projects. Review project specifications, drawings, and attend pre-bid meetings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate. Qualifications 5-10 years experience estimating water and wastewater plants 1. Process piping welded and flanged 2. Process equipment installation . 5-10 years experience in Heavy Industrial 1. Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, or Estimating, or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience. . Proficiency with Excel . Experience with HCSS and/or Timberline Estimating Systems. . Experience with Primavera Scheduling. . Miscellaneous Metal and Structural Steel Experience. . Must have all trades take-off experience. . Project $ Value experience should be in the $2M - $25M range . Knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control, and materialpricing required. .
