$80 - 90k per year URGENT NEED!...Electrical Engineer - Bilingual (Korean) PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and support of PLC based control systems for the plant manufacturing automation and instrumentation. Lead projects and assist skilled trades technicians in electrical disciplines. Support operations in electrical/controls troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities. Generate wiring schematics and control drawings with AutoCAD, maintain all plant electrical prints. Work closely with engineering team to define system control needs. Guides design, develops and tests electrical control methods, materials, processes and results. Support plant activities towards achieving customer awards and Quality registration (ex. TS 16949, ISO 14001, etc.) YEARS EXPERIENCE: 1-3+ Years working in a Plant Electrical Controls Engineering position DEGREE STRONGLY PREFERRED: BS Electrical Engineering; advanced degree a plus. DESIRED COMPETENCIES/EXPERIENCE: -Bilingual Korean/English language skills required for this position. A strong ability to translate documentation is required. -Working knowledge of PLC hardware and Ladder Logic programming -Excellent ?hands on? electrical/mechanical aptitude -Computer literacy and good knowledge of Microsoft Office software -Understanding electrical/controls circuitry and schematics -Working knowledge of AutoCAD -Experience with Motoman or Yudo Star robots -Knowledge of NEC and general machine safety, electrical safety and machine guarding components; high level of safety awareness (RIA and OSHA) -Knowledge of ANSI standards for presses and assembly machines -Knowledge of ABB and Fanuc Robotics programming and troubleshooting -Specialized knowledge of the following electrical/mechanical components SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (i.e. Overtime, Travel, etc.): Position may require off-shift and overtime to support the operation.
