EP Nurse - Electrophysiology DESCRIPTION Full-time, Days, , 40hrs/weekProvides care of patients prior to and during electrophysiology procedures such as pacemaker insertion, implantation of defibrillators and catheter ablation. Offers a complete range of electrophysiology Involves cardiac monitoring and use of equipment specific to all EP procedures. REQUIREMENTS SKILLS REQUIRED: ACLS, CARDIAC HEMODYNAMIC MONITORING, CRITICAL CARERequires graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina. Two years of experience as an RN in at least one of the following areas required: cardiac catheterization, special procedures, critical care, coronary care, intensive care, or emergency department.
