Wonder Bread/Hostess is currently hiring for a District Sales Manager in Cheyenne, WY
Responsibilities include:
??? Managing, supervising and scheduling rout sales and relief route salespeople, pull-up employees and merchandisers; providing leadership and team building; and actively promoting sales of IBC products
??? Establishing good relationships and generate sales with customers
??? Ensuring successful implementation of company sales and marketing strategies
??? Assuming responsibility for key performance indicators for net revenue management, returns and safety, as well as route level sales plans and enhancement of route performance through technology
Successful candidates for District Sales Manager will possess:
??? Minimum 2years??? direct store delivery experience and 3+ years in a staff supervisory/management role
??? Ability to process scheduling, payroll, routing and DOT compliance
??? Strong multi-tasking, interpersonal and communication skills
??? High school diploma or GED (2- or 4-year degree preferred)
